We strive to have all in stock items shipped as fast as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to ship. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Depending on stock availability, some pillows will require time for manufacturing and will ship within two weeks. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 days.
Pure Salt Shoppe furniture is shipped through a third party freight carrier within 4 weeks, providing the item is in stock with our vendors. We will be sure to notify you if there an an extended backorder date. Once your order is placed, you have a 24-hour grace period to cancel it by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. After 24 hours, the order is in process, cannot be cancelled and is considered final sale. When your furniture is ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Your furniture will be brought into the room of your choice, so please make sure that the area is clear. Additionally, the freight carrier is not responsible for assembly or trash removal. As a friendly reminder, we recommend using Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect yourself against any unforeseen damages or loss during transit.
We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order for 1% of your total purchase cost by selecting the "Add Route" icon at checkout. This covers any unforeseen damages during transit, including lost and stolen packages. After your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that you elected to protect your shipment. If issues arise with delivery, simply click on the "File Claim" link included in the confirmation email, which automatically populates your order info and files the claim. After a claim is filed, Route will refund or reorder the item within 1-2 business days. Most claims with special circumstances are resolved within 7-10 business days. If you elect not to insure your purchase, Pure Salt Interiors in not liable for lost, stolen or damaged product. Occasional exceptions are made on a case-by-case business - please reach out to email@example.com with any questions.
If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Any custom orders and sale items are final sale. All artwork prints are made to order and are non-returnable. Please allow up to 7 days for print orders to ship. *International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
